Last week, we ticked past 16,000 5-star reviews on the platform. In itself, it’s an achievement we’re proud of; however, what we’re really proud of is that this means OVER 95% of all of our Trustpilot reviews are 5 stars!
In our category, where many repairers are maligned for less-than-perfect service and poor facilities, this feels like a particular achievement and is a testament to the hard work of our brilliant teams at our fantastic sites up and down the country.
Of course, we’re happy with that 95% figure, but there’s still room for improvement, and we really do believe that just because we’re the best, that doesn’t mean we can’t be even better!
