We're seeking an individual with a proven track record of working hard, someone who is passionate and driven and who will go the extra mile developing and training to manage the business and grow one of our franchise owners' businesses. As a pivotal figure, you'll ultimately be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing daily operations, and implementing effective marketing strategies provided by the current business owner, with full support, training and mentorship from The Wheel Specialist’s Franchise Head Office.
This role has been designed to facilitate the retirement of our current business owners after more than a decade of running Wheel Specialist businesses. The right candidate will have the unique opportunity to own the business within 18 months*. This means you should consider this role if you're passionate about owning and running your own business and are committed to proving your capabilities as a capable manager and future business owner.
Your Journey Towards Business Ownership
With this being such a unique opportunity, your journey begins with a comprehensive recruitment evaluation process. This includes local interviews with current business owners and interviews at The Wheel Specialist's Head Office, located in Solihull. To ensure your progress, an 18-month assessment with quarterly meetings will be conducted to gauge your performance and eligibility for future business ownership. Your Initial Responsibilities as a Manager (Potential Business Owner)
During the initial stages, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering site performance and contributing to business growth.
Collaborating with the current business owners and The Wheel Specialist Head Office Support Team.
Leading and managing the technical team.
Ensuring performance excellence and impeccable customer service.
Overseeing daily tasks in the workshop.
Achieving financial goals and customer care objectives.
Promoting brand culture and values.
Ensuring efficient branch operations.
Compensation Package
Your initial compensation package includes:
Basic Salary: DOE + Bonus +Benefits
Upon approval as a The Wheel Specialist Franchisee (approximately within 18 months*), you will have the remarkable opportunity to transition into business ownership. You'll purchase the business from the current owners over an agreed period, funded through the company's profits, although some personal funds may be required for a deposit, legal and franchise entry costs.
