Starting any franchise or business is a big step, one you need to be sure about. And from our perspective, we’re very careful about who we award franchises to, ensuring The Wheel Specialist brand retains its reputation for excellence.

That’s why our process for becoming a Wheel Specialist franchisee is structured around an open and transparent sharing of information as we get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit together.

  • Request our Introduction Pack

    Visit our Request Introduction Pack page on our website, complete the form below, and we’ll send you our Introduction pack, which will give you more insight into the business model.

  • Step 1: Initial Call and Request to learn more

    Schedule a call to discuss your goals and The Wheel Specialist opportunity. We'll answer questions and send you more info (our learn more pack) after our chat. To dive deeper, request a Territory Map, NDA & Discovery Day application. Secure your spot by applying for a Discovery Day!

  • Step 2: Discovery Day

    Meet key members of our team and dive deeper into our franchise. We will also send you a detailed Franchise Information Memorandum (FIM) and Financial Due Diligence Template for your own Due-Diligence.

  • Step 3: Unit Visit & Due Diligence

    Arrange and visit a Wheel Specialist Franchise, review our FIM and Financial Pack, conduct your own Due Diligence (market and competitor research) and build your own business plan utilising your own Due Diligence and the information we have provided.

  • Step 4: Preparation for Franchise Interview

    Request a Franchise Agreement and Franchise Application Form, Seek Legal advice on your Franchise Agreement and submit your Business Plan and Franchise Application.

  • Step 5 & 6: Franchise Interview and Offer

    Attend a Franchise Interview with Ginny, Jack & Andy. We’ll review your Business Plan, Franchise Application and ask plenty of questions to make sure we’re the right fit for each other. Following a successful interview, we'll present a Franchise Offer.

  • Step 7: Signing

    Upon acceptance of your Franchise Offer, you'll pay the franchise fee and attend a Signing Day to finalise the agreement. This is where you'll meet your support co-ordinator and begin accessing our systems, training, and merchandise – your first steps as a Wheel Specialist franchisee!

  • Step 8 & 9: Find & Fit-out your premises and full technical training

    Once you're a franchisee, we'll help you find the perfect location with unit specs, landlord info, and site visits. Then, we'll guide you through a 6-week fit-out and training process (you & your staff) to get you ready for launch!

  • Step 10: Grand Opening (circa 10 to 12 weeks from signing)

    We’ll sign you, your team and your unit off meaning you’ll be ready to start servicing your first customers! From here onwards, you’ll be provided the highest level of on ongoing to maximise your future success.
