Our Fast Track Programme Explained
Our fast-track meeting scheme was introduced to provide extra support to franchisees and/or their managers who are new to The Wheel Specialist or looking to grow their business further.
Fast-track meetings are frequent (usually every one to four weeks) short, sharp, and effective meetings designed to analyse and discuss key areas within your business with the support of key data extracted from the CRM, marketing platforms, and phone systems.
Key metrics analysed and discussed include:
Sales vs Targets (including breakdown of revenue & Public vs Trade split)
Business and Team Operations
Customer process compliance
Wheel volumes including DC vs PC split
Leads Numbers, Customers and conversion rates
Marketing strategy and implementation
Marketing follow-up and social media engagement
Customer call reviews
At the end of any Fast-track meeting, actionable and achievable tasks are set, added to your CRM system and then actioned by either yourself or The Hub ahead of our next session.
