Trade sales rep a big boost for The Wheel Specialist’s franchisees
A dedicated trade-sales specialist devoted to drumming up additional business for The Wheel Specialist’s record-breaking network could bring a significant boost in income for franchisees.
The floating sales rep will spend two to three months with each of the network’s 27 franchisees to help them win more B2B work in their local area.
Trade work accounts for about half of the network’s business, and the rep’s sole responsibility will be to drive up new B2B business for new franchisees.
“It should result in a lot more trade accounts for our franchisees,” says Jack Murphy, The Wheel Specialist’s Managing Director.
“Our new franchisees will be hitting the ground running with the sales rep building up their trade accounts for them, freeing up their time to focus on other areas of the business.
“We hope to have a team of sales reps supporting franchisees around the clock as our network grows so they can enjoy a significant boost in sales without having to lift a finger to get the leads.”
The extra support for franchisees comes after a year in which 92% of them broke or set sales records despite the pandemic and lockdowns.
